Trending: Actress Vivian Velez Joins Protesters Calling for Leni Robredo's Denunciation, Resignation

A little gathering of protesters on Saturday assembled before Vice President Leni Robredo's head office in Quezon City and requested for her impeachment or resignation.

Four individuals held manually written "Leni Resign", "Leni Resign ASAP Pls" and "Oust Leni Now" signs, while another protester held a larger "Impeach Leni Resign" tarpaulin.

The protesters multiplied in size inside not as much as 60 minutes. Actress Vivian Velez arrived with four other individuals, adjusting the quantity of individuals who are taking part in the rally to 10 based on photographs  by GMA News reporter JP Soriano.

 The Office of the Vice President has yet to release a statement regarding the rally.

Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez on Friday said he is studying the possibility of filing an impeachment complaint against Robredo for "betrayal of public trust."

Alvarez said the conceivable reason for the complaint would be Robredo's recorded video, played during the 60th United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs held in Vienna, Austria a week ago.

Robredo revealed in the video the alleged "palit-ulo" scheme of law enforcement agencies in the Duterte administration's war on drugs.
