Sen. JV Speaks to the Senate ethics committee about the negative remarks of Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV against the entire Senate institution.

It was raised in Trillanes's previous statement that Duterte administration was "stunned" by the high council of Congress.

For the sake of Trillanes, instead of ignoring the negative statements and actions of President Rodrigo Duterte, the Senate must be one of the main critics.

"I would welcome any ethics complaint filed against me in the Senate. But here's the thing, if Sen. Ejercito believes that my statement that the Senate is becoming a lapdog of the Duterte administration is highly offensive yet sees nothing wrong with Duterte's rape comments to the soldiers, then we really have a problem, "Trillanes said.
