MANILA, Philippines - The House Committee on Dangerous Drugs has resumed the investigation of the mega shabu laboratory in Virac, Catanduanes. Here, the witness named Ernesto Tabor Jr. the highs they were carrying illegal drugs. In the filing of the witness's testimony about the details of the mega shabu laboratory, Tabor said the first part of the shabu laboratory was set up in 2015. From June to December 2015 they produce 335 kilograms of shabu. The first production they have already received is NBP. Tabor used a speedboat on the delivery of shabu.

They are just two of them delivering shabu. Sometimes they are in the car, sometimes the speedboat of Mayor Cordial is their use.

Tabor added that he also had the assets of the police and the NBI so he knew the moves of the police and the intel unit.

The filing of the case was filed at PNP Bicol, several days before Superintendent Melvin Ramon Buenafe, director of PNP Bicol, dropped from his post on July 10.

Buenafe discovered a "mega shabu laboratory" in Catanduanes on November 26, 2016.
