One of the reason is Alejano conceded that he have no individual learning on the allegation in the arraignment impeach complaint to President Duterte.
Fariñas says Alejano might be brought in House Ethics Committee if there is possibility to suspend or expelled.
Fariñas told that the complaint of Alejano is more on 'hearsay'.
House Justice committee already junk the complaint due of of absence of substance and proof.
